Hours and Entrance fee for the Monteverde Cloud Forest Biological Reserve:
The park is open every day from 7am to 4pm. The entrance fee is $25 USD for non-residents and $12 USD for children. Residents and nationals pay $8 USD and their children pay $6 USD. How to get there:
Driving to Monteverde from San Jose takes 3 hours. If you don’t have a car there are two bus routes you can take, one departing from San Jose and the other from the city of Puntarenas.
